SmallOutfit is operated from 1501 South Greeley Highway, Suite C 4049, Cheyenne, WY 82007. Using the service means agreeing to these terms.

We bill monthly: a base price plus usage, both shown on the pricing section before you sign up. Usage is billed in arrears. Prices can change with 30 days notice by email.

Cancel any time from the account page. Billing stops at the end of the current month and we do not charge again. We do not lock anyone into a term.

That you have the right to use the phone number you connect. That you will only send messages to people who have contacted your business. That you will not use the service for marketing campaigns, and that you will honor every opt-out.

Breaking these gets an account closed, because one business sending unwanted messages puts every other business on the platform at risk.

We work hard to keep the service running and we will tell you honestly when it breaks. We cannot promise a phone network never fails or that every message arrives, because neither is within our control.

Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.
