Privacy

From the businesses that pay us: name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details handled by Stripe, and whatever they choose to tell us about the software they use.

From the people who call those businesses: the phone number they called from, the time of the call, and the content of any text messages exchanged. We collect this because it is what the service is.

We use it to run the service and nothing else. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use message content to train models.

We use Twilio to send and receive messages and calls, Stripe to take payments, and Resend to send email. Each of them sees only what they need to do their part.

Message and call records for 24 months, so a business can look back at a conversation. Billing records for 7 years because tax rules require it. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of an account closing.

Write to hello@smalloutfit.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, and we will do it within 30 days.

On servers in the United States. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is processed there.
