A single setting on your existing line, and we walk you through it on a call if you want. You keep your number. Nothing about how you answer the phone changes.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep the number you have and the way you answer it. You forward the calls you miss, which is one setting on your existing line.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel from the account page. We would rather you leave easily than stay because it was hard to stop.

Is there a usage charge?

Not at the volume a small outfit does. Inbound includes 300 text backs and 200 after-hours minutes a month, and Follow-up includes 300 follow-ups and plan members. Past that it is 15 cents a text back, 65 cents an after-hours minute and $1 a plan member, and we email you before you ever get there.

How fast can it be running?

Same day once your number is forwarded. The plan side takes longer because we import your member list first, usually a day or two.

Will it text my customers without asking me?

It replies to people who just called you, using the message you approved. It does not run campaigns, and it never texts anyone who has not contacted you first. Full detail on the messaging page.
